International Forms History

If you have shipped any UPS international packages or UPS international letters in which an international form (Shipper's Export Declaration, NAFTA, Certificate of Origin, or Commercial Invoice) was generated, the international form will be kept in a forms history for 30 days. To view the international forms history, click the Forms History button on the Shipping Options tab.

The international forms history dialog will then be displayed as shown below. 

Clicking on a filename will cause the international form to be displayed in Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is required to view international forms. Acrobat Reader is free and may be downloaded here: Acrobat Reader Download Page
