You can click anywhere on the row with eye glasses and the order will be loaded into Customer-Order View.

Single Rate Quote

Once an order is in Customer-Order View, you can get a single rate quote, by first selecting the UPS service level as shown below.

Next click the Get Rate button as shown below.

The single rate requested will be displayed as shown below.

Multiple Rate Quotes

Click the Rates button as shown below.

The multiple rates requested will be displayed as shown below. This request will return the rates for UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select℠, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air Saver®.

All Available Rate Quotes

Click the All Rates button as shown below.

All available rates will be displayed as shown below.
