Track Package

Help Table of Contents Create Order Track Package Demo User Accounts Tab

To track a package click the pkgs button.

The package level detail dialog will be displayed. Click the Track button. 

The Tracking information dialog will be displayed.

Click Yes, to accept the terms and conditions.  The tracking results are displayed.

Tracking From Shipping Options Tab

You can also track a shipment by first selecting an order that was previously shipped. Then navigate to the Shipping Options tab. The tracking number for the package or letter shipped will be displayed in the UPS Tracking Number field as shown in the screenshot below. Click the Track button to view tracking information for this tracking number. You may also type in a tracking number to this field even if the shipment did not originate from the Silverthorne Shipping Saver.
