Misc Order Info Tab

Help Table of Contents Customer-Order View Bill To Tab

The Misc Order Info Tab is one of the three sub-tabs of Customer-Order View. The Misc Order Info Tab is where you can type any details about the order. This is also where you can cancel an order or record a refund.  To cancel the order just click the Order Cancelled checkbox. To record a refund, first enter the refund amount, and then click the Merchandise returned checkbox. After making any changes to the Misc Order Info Tab, click the Save button, which will save the changes to the database.
